At Cascade Notary Solutions, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your experience and we will do everything we can to ensure your needs are met. With that said, we have an established cancellation & refund policy.

DEPOSIT
To make an appointment, a $25 deposit is required which will be applied to the total cost of notarization. This deposit confirms your appointment day and time, so please be sure to arrive promptly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Need to Cancel?
We value your time and ours at Cascade Notary Solutions. That's why we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This way, we can ensure that the appointment time can be released for other clients in need. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us via email at summer@cascadenotarysolutions.com or call/text us at 971-899-6022. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 2 hours, please contact us again.

Uh oh! No show?
We take no-shows very seriously at Cascade Notary Solutions. If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, and we offer the option to reschedule for an additional fee of $10. We ask that you please be respectful of our time and schedule, and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

REFUNDS
At Cascade Notary Solutions, we strive to provide exceptional notary services to all of our clients. While we do not offer refunds for services that have been provided and completed, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of scheduled appointments. If you must cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, we offer the option to reschedule for a small fee of $10. In the rare case that we are unable to perform our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund to our clients.
